I am thoroughly enjoying stitching these little birds. It might take me longer due to the lack of feeling in my hands, but still enjoyable.

Little Birds

I saw these lovely little birds in Cross Stitch Crazy a few months ago. I have decided to make some as lavendar sachets, they will go well for my Girls Brigade companies Christmas Fundraiser.

WIP - Faith

This is my progress so far on Faith by My Big Toe Designs. I am loving stitching this and it seems quite appropriate at the moment. My cancer journey requires quite a lot of Faith, faith not just in God, but in my family and the doctors and nurses who are looking after me.

Faith

I started the Crazy Cross stitch January challenge back at the start of January, choosing 15 patterns that I wanted to complete before the year was out. Funny how life and time can make you change your mind on what you want to do. Thanks to the chemo I am undergoing I am not always able to stitch, so I decided I was going to be very selective when I did. I saw this design by My Big Toe and loved it, so decided that I had to stitch it. I'm not using the same colours and will upload a pic soon, but I am enjoying it and considering how my life is going at the moment, enjoying things is more important than anything.
